The Caregiver's Coach will help you identify your primary issues and help you explore the options that are available to you and your family.
Talk with a nationally certified case manager and get answers to your questions. Gain insights into the responsibilities that are about to descend upon you and your family.
Identify the legal, emotional and financial issues you will or are already facing.
Wherever you live you can have the support of a case manager who has dealt with these problems for many years.
You can arrange a single session or a series of sessions. You can have your own private support group over the telephone.
Each session is 50 minutes.
A written synopsis will be forwarded to you after each session. Evening sessions are available. If you or a family member are in need of assistance, please call us at 954-566-8275 now to setup your session.
